Veronica - Tickled Pink

The Veronica Tickled PInk, Veronica spicata 'Tickled Pink' (PPAF), is a sport of the Veronica Goodness Grows. It is an easy to grow perennial that adds beauty to any garden. The pink blooms are a newer color for Veronica's. With its brilliant golden foliage, it has a plant height of 12-16" and a spread of 1-2’. Tickled Pink needs a full sun or part sun area with well-drained soil. Deadhead the flowers after the first bloom to prolong its bloom time. Veronica can be used in mass plantings or along borders. Oxeye - Loraine Sunshine The Heliopsis Loraine Sunshine, 'Heliopsis helianthiodes', a Blooms of Bressingham plant, is a great combination of large, golden-yellow flowers and variegated foliage with green veins. Blooming from July till frost, this Heliopsis grows to 30”’ tall with a plant spread of 30”. This easy to grow perennial attracts butterflies and is deer resistant. ‘Loraine Sunshine’ needs to be grown in full sun, but can tolerate some afternoon shade. It can be planted in average, well-drained soil, but do not allow it to dry out. A wonderful addition to island beds or in the back or borders or as cut flowers. ‘Loraine Sunshine’ may be slow to appear in the spring, but the blooms persist long after other perennials have completed their show.
